Bialo   grew   up   in   Cleveland,   Ohio   and   did   his   first   real   estate   deal   –   investing   in   a   small   row   of   shops   in Phoenix,   AZ.   Since   2005,   Bialo   has   created   long   lasting   relationships   with   investors   and   property owners. He   keeps   a   close   eye   on   changing   consumer   trends   and   the   movement   toward   “lifestyle”   centric opportunities.
